This is a new position to Cargill through the acquisition of Floratech.The facility serves the Cargill Beauty Product lines as part of Cargill BioIndustrial Group.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Product Manager Personal Care - Arizona will participate in designing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing cycle. We seek a professional who will help identify market potential, establish pricing, and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities, and handle product through phase-out.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to preparing and coordinating product introductions and updates.

  • Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

  • Help coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs, and similar considerations.

  • Contribute to planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

  • Support the implementation of a smooth supply chain local or inter-regions with customers

  • Manage the interface between assets/engine rooms and the Beauty sales team

  • Support Sales with quality, sampling, or supply topics.

  • Support of pricing & overall pricing processes, develop limit and target price as guidance

  • Support customer projects as well as innovation projects (scaling-up, documentation available, samples…)

  • ERP (SAP & Sage) engagement to assist in managing open orders

  • Provide volume, MOQ, packaging and lead times guidelines

  • Forecast volume needs & provide plans (IBP process)

  • Manage contracts in CRM

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP and CRM systems
