Job Description:

Perform diverse business support and administrative duties in support of the GIS Metrics Strategy & Governance Team. Develop and implement a Communication, Training & Resources function which will include the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain of materials needed to enable Metric Owners and Delegates to complete their responsibilities consistently, accurately and in accordance with GIS metrics governance requirements

• Develop intake process for receiving, triaging and fulfilling communication, training and resources requests related to metrics management and oversight

• Content Owner for GIS Metrics Governance Communication, Resources & Training SharePoint subpage

• Coordinate and facilitate routines with Metric Owners and schedule and facilitate training sessions on various metrics topics as needed

• Provide Readiness & Adoption support for GIS metrics projects

Additionally, the candidate will perform a variety of business support tasks to include access management, records management, management of meeting routines, and providing audit and ad-hoc support. Successful candidate will need to be a strategic thinker in order to lead the development of meaningful content for a varied audience (including senior leaders) and have experience in communication and training. Successful candidate will also need to have experience in business support with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and managing time effectively in order to meet organizational objectives and timelines. Successful candidate will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional group. The ability to build strong relationships and partnerships will further aid in the candidate's success in this role.

$61,000 - $116,900 annualized salary, offers to be negotiated based on experience, education and skill set.
