Job Description:

Responsible for the post-closing document receipt and review process. Will create document tracking ticklers in the system of record as well as cite and clear document exceptions. Will work with both internal business partners and external counsel to obtain documentation needed. Must be a team player with great attention to detail as well as be able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the credit agreement is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Legal documentation knowledge

  • Ability to work independently with little management supervision

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Ability to communicate with attorneys and internal business partners

  • Microsoft excel skills a plus

Desired Skills:

  • Paralegal experience

  • Bachelors degree
