Job Description:

The person in this role will be part of the Global Financial Control (GFC) Automation team and will be responsible for leading Governance of CFO LMA (LOB Managed Applications) program and support users for SAFER applications. This role will involve working with key subject matter experts, control functions, spreadsheet coordinators and key stakeholders across CFO.

This role is a key individual contributor role and responsible to:

• Lead LMA Governance for CFO (inclusive of preparing/leading monthly forum; ensuring LMA governance routines are followed; being the liaison between the LOB, LMA Program and Technology teams related to policy/process changes and ensure necessary actions are taken to enhance application documentation; Initiator for the CFO LMA Quarterly Attestation)

• Coordinate LMA governance for GFC (inclusive of weekly monitoring/remediation of LMA validation reports; leading internal LOB reviews of potential LMA assessments/determining if they need formal review; record LMA review evidence)

• Manage application (NEST) enhancements and support users across CFO (inclusive of maintaining the backlog of changes; determine requirements; support testing, documentation update and training)

• Work closely with application (SAFER)users to resolve issues, roll out training's, and fulfill all data & reporting requests from CFO management

Required:

  • BS/BA (preferably Business or Finance related)

  • 5+ years of Finance experience (preferably in a production type environment)

  • Experience in production/testing/application processing support

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills

  • Good understanding of production governance routines and data controls

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with key stakeholders

  • Ability to work individually and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and attention to details

  • A strong desire to learn and the desire to drive operational excellence

  • Experience partnering with technology teams and other stakeholders on change management initiatives

Desired:

  • Knowledge of BAC Spreadsheet, Model and other applicable policies

  • Strong knowledge of and experience on Agile Development methodology

  • Knowledge on SQL, Tableau and Alteryx

  • Working with teams across multiple geographies
