Job Description:

This role responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies that drive growth of our High Net Worth / MLWM advice offering with clients and prospects.

  • Develop direct-to-consumer programs to drive incremental, quality leads for our advisors

  • Lead marketing personalization efforts for key target audiences in our owned marketing channels

  • Continuously improve acquisition marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including:

-- Gain client insights to advance more effective marketing messaging

-- Lead segment efforts to improve client/prospect purchase funnel experiences

-- Lead strategic initiatives tied to continuous marketing improvement

  • Support advisor marketing strategies that enable field growth objectives.

  • Partner to develop content that supports HNW segment program objectives

  • Partner with analytics to improve marketing program measurement

  • Develop strong, effective relationships within team and with multiple business partners

  • Partner with Preferred Segment to jointly advance HNW segment strategies as we continue pivot to segment model.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program marketing experience in Financial Services – preferably in Wealth Management/Investments

  • Experience developing and managing direct to client marketing programs from strategy thru execution

  • Ability to champion insight development to inform marketing program and messaging strategies, working with analytics and customer research partners

  • Ability to work with and influence senior line of business and channel partners in development of strategies, understanding outcomes and applying insights

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating processes in a matrix organization

  • Experience driving program measurement – test/control, A/B testing

  • Identify marketing efficiencies in and across programs to maximize output and prioritize use of resources

  • Concise writing and storytelling skills for senior-level audiences (e.g., power point)

  • Present complex strategies and insights in simple ways to senior marketing and LOB leadership

  • Ability to develop audience-based messaging strategies leveraging client insights and research

  • Good with analytics and transforming them into insights and marketing implications

  • Good teaming skills and relationship builder, both inside and outside of marketing

  • Ability to own, manage and drive programs without significant day-to-day manager oversight
