Job Type: Full Time

Shift Available: Day shift

Compensation: $27.49/hr

Principal accountabilities:

  • Loading and unloading materials or chemicals of trucks and railcars by operating process equipment, such as oil pumps and railcar-movers

  • Prepare blending documentation

  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, including pumps, mobile equipment, and indexers in the different areas

  • Management of oil and supplies inventory

  • Perform oil transfers in the refinery tank farm

  • Record any required information in SAP or MII systems

  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations

  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word

  • Prior experience in production related work

  • Experience loading and unloading chemicals
