This position will be responsible for managing partnership strategy and activation efforts across the Global Sports Sponsorship portfolio. The role will be tasked with closely partnering with senior level executives, market leadership teams as well as client-managed line of business to ensure maximum shareholder value of sponsorship relationships, assets and activation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver annual strategy for delivering unique and differentiated programs and activations across sports platforms that allows senior level executives and client managers to further develop business relationships with our best clients in memorable environments

  • Leverage existing sponsor partnerships and industry subject matter expertise to create exclusive money-can’t-buy experiences

  • Collaborate with senior level executives, line of business (LOB), LMO and marketing partners to build compelling programs with global relevance to support business integration goals

  • Maintain consistent quality and high standards across all facets of programming through in-depth research and due diligence

  • Implement comprehensive program measurement through combination of quantitative and qualitative feedback

  • Responsible and accountable for managing the partnership activation budget

  • Utilize metrics and processes to measure event success, providing analysis and recommendations that will continue program improvement

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years’ experience developing and executing marketing strategies within the financial services industry

  • Ability to think strategically across sponsorship platforms

  • Passion for developing partnerships and creating consensus across stakeholders

  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and executive presence

  • Resourceful, works quickly to proactively solve problems

  • Poised, professional and articulate; excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the client-managed lines of business (GB/GM & GWIM) and their clientele
