Job Description

This role is part of the Global Treasury and Merchant Services Business Control Process Health and Governance Team. The position will Provide Single Process Inventory (SPI) Program support to Global Treasury and Merchant Services and will play an active role in the continuous improvement of our SPI.

Responsibilities include:

Acts as liaison between Business Control and GTMEO FLUs ensuring adherence to all SPI Program requirements

Performs ongoing assessment of risks, controls, and metric quality

Conducts periodic evaluations of process and control effectiveness rating

Performs data driven risk identification and analysis, escalates gaps and provides recommendations for remediation

Leads, coordinates, and responds to all GCOR SPI Challenges working in partnership with the GTMEO FLUs.

Monitors and executes SPI inventory/Process Owner Portal (POP) change requests and validates outcomes; includes POP data entry

Partners and leads discussions with Business Partners, GCOR, and other SPI content owners to validate inventory accuracy

Acts as the champion for key Risk and process management initiatives and ongoing process improvements related to SPI governance

Contributes to the GTMEO Quarterly Risk ID and annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)

Communicates risk positions crisply and candidly with leaders across the organization and with internal business partners.

Required Skills

  • 3 or more years’ experience in Business Control, Risk, Compliance, or Financial Services Operations environment

  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices

  • Project Management, Change Management or Program Management

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with various stakeholder.

  • Must be able to communicate to all audiences including Leadership presentations

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and potential risks

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
