Productivity & Collaboration Solution Architect:
Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Productivity & Collaboration Solution Architect. This position reports to the Productivity & Collaboration Product Group Lead and is a US-based remote role with limited travel to Skillman, NJ.

What will you do
The Productivity and Collaboration Solution Architect is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining the architecture for, and participating in the delivery of technical solutions to complex business and technical requirements primarily using Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect solutions: This includes user workshops, requirement validation and clarification, high-level architecture, detailed solution architecture and review technical designs.
Implement solutions: This includes participating in and facilitating reviews with stakeholders to ensure that implementation is meeting the architecture, in addition to conducting reviews with the stakeholders to ensure that the solution is meeting their needs.
Serve as a hands-on lead or technical expert to project and product teams.
Provide strategic foresight and long-term development planning for future technology adoption.
Develop a strategy for how the organization can implement lifecycle management of applications, which includes governance, development, and maintenance.
Facilitate security and compliance discussions and develop strategies to improve security and compliance posture.
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and company guidelines are being adhered to.
Support the management of Microsoft licensing for the organization including automation, database management, and opportunities for cost savings.
Effectively deliver presentations to key IT and business stakeholders.
Ensure P&C solutions meet Legal, Privacy, Risk, eDiscovery, and Compliance requirements.
Function as a consultant to the organization and stay current on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Work with vendors and communicate effectively with cloud providers and third parties that are involved in the delivery of cloud services. Manage the cultural change in the organization that comes with changing infrastructure, employee roles and procedures.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of total experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with scalable architectures using Microsoft 365 applications. Must have the skills and knowledge to evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Demonstrated strength in technical leadership in a highly collaborative, multi-divisional environment.
Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex technical problems.
Solid experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Low-code development experience in Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents for building forms and workflow solutions.
Development experience in Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework (“SPFx”), SharePoint Add-ins, Farm Solutions, or Microsoft Teams/Office Suite development.
Experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Apps, and APIs.
Experience with the Microsoft Stack (such as Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group Policies, Messaging, and Windows Server).
Understanding of Security & Compliance Center for implementing policies that govern collaboration workloads.
Planning and deployment experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
