THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team at NoMI Lounge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology, a flair for creativity, and a dedication to delivering top-notch service. As a Bartender , you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique cocktails, providing recommendations to guests, and ensuring that each visitor leaves with a memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES ( Include but not limited to ) :

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and coffee drinks with precision and efficiency.

• Create innovative and visually stunning cocktails that reflect the NoMI and Park brand and cater to guest preferences.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assisting with menu selections.

• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and uphold the highest standards of quality.

• Uphold the NoMI Lounge brand ethos of excellence, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment.

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and beverage trends.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis

• Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8-hour shift.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
