The success of Bank of America and Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is dependent on the continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro® is Bank of America's flagship banking platform for clients ranging from small businesses to commercial and large corporates conducting business globally.

This position is for a CashPro Product Manager who will be focused on our Data Intelligence product suite. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, passionate about finding and telling valuable insights to clients through data. This individual must exhibit strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks for the business with overlapping deadlines. It is equally important to be a clear and concise communicator to effectively message to all levels within an organization as well as being comfortable with public speaking in internal and external engagements.

As a CashPro Data Intelligence product manager, responsibilities will include ownership of the CashPro Forecasting product strategy and execution.

Supports the execution of eChannel marketing programs, channel strategies, initiatives, and research projects. Works as a member of the core project team on one or more eCommerce product development projects, leveraging subject matter expertise and technical acumen to design and/or implement systems. Additional responsibilities may include representing BAC within the industry, collaborating with industry peers, product P&L management, sales and client support, client VOC, vendor relations, and product compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities

  • Deeply understand product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams

  • Develop and/or influence product strategy to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions across the bank

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates

  • Strength with data and metrics to track key performance indicators including adoption goals and identify opportunities for future enhancements through reporting trends.

  • Collaborate with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends

  • Own the CashPro Forecasting strategy and drive development and execution efforts against the roadmap. Managing projects end-to-end through the product lifecycle, bringing new capabilities to market managing to timelines and budgets.

  • Design and develop business requirements based on a true understanding of client needs, working closely with clients and cross-functional partners to inform scope and solution design of new functionality

  • Metrics-minded, to build business cases for initiatives and establishing goals to define and measure success.

  • Work with Technology partners and vendors through the agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues

  • Support weekend release activity as associated with product launches.

  • Partner with Commercialization team post-launch to spread awareness and excitement of new solutions and increase adoption and penetration

  • Go-to product contact and managing and overseeing client requests, issues/escalations, stakeholder questions.

  • Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for product enhancement as well as internal efficiencies and process improvements to help simplify and improve the client experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience

  • Conveys out‐of‐the box ideas and solutions, embraces change with a future‐forward mindset, and challenges the status quo

  • Work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships

  • Drives alignment via strong and efficient facilitation and presentation capability

  • Strong communicator with experience creating materials for education internally and externally across all levels within an organization.

  • Natural and comfortable with public speaking, both in virtual and in-person events

  • Synthesizes multiple inputs and feedback from stakeholders into a cohesive approach

  • Has high attention to detail and follow through with tasks and commitments

  • Perform data analysis and define key metrics to measure success.

  • Working with large complex data sets, including Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables and writing/reading SQL queries experience

  • Business and technical acumen

Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Treasury Management/Cash Management Experience

  • Bank of America or similar financial institution experience

  • Data intelligence products experience in the financial services industry
