Kellanova Director, Revenue Growth Management in Chicago, Illinois

As the lead of the Frozen Foods RGM (Revenue Growth Management) team at Kellanova, your role involves the development and implementation of price pack architecture strategies. These strategies are both nationally and customer-specific for our frozen brands. Annual development of promotional pricing guidelines and ongoing monitoring of compliance and marketplace dynamics will be critical to ensure ongoing success.

Your team’s responsibilities extend to managing the quality and delivery of price and promotion models. You’ll develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to evaluate trade effectiveness, maximizing sales and return on investment (ROI). This hybrid role will sit in Chicago, IL with the expectation to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaboration – Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams on feasibility and execution of recommended strategies.

  • Pricing & Promotional Strategies –F ocus on price realization, profit optimization, and trade architecture through an analysis of shopper, competitive, customer, and in-market trends to develop pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Metrics – Monitor performance and compliance metrics. Adjust strategies as necessary to respond to changing market conditions.

  • Solution-Oriented – Drive innovation in revenue management practices, including the use of data analytics and technology solutions.

  • Showcase Leadership – Prepare and present RGM performance and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. Mentor and develop a high-performing RGM team.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in Revenue Growth Management and Consumer Products Goods industry. Direct sales experience with regional and national retailers.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer marketing or sales strategy.

  • Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong Business Planning, Forecasting, Analytical, and Financial experience. Advanced technical ability in AC Nielsen and SAP.

  • Ability to create best-in-class selling stories for sales teams to execute your strategies. Solid presentation skills in front of customers and senior leadership to articulate strategy and how we would execute.

  • Previous people leadership experience is required, as this role will include direct reports.
