Role:

The Digital Manager will support the Digital team in leading ADM’s digital transformation through the planning, development, and activation of new digital strategies and capabilities, with the goal of increasing awareness of ADM’s full pantry. Reporting to the Global Digital Director, the Digital Manager will work closely with the rest of the Digital marketing team to support the Global Digital Director's vision. They will also work cross-functionally with key Marketing business stakeholders, IT teams, digital transformation business leaders, and external agency partners across all regions.

The ideal candidate has five-plus years of digital experience. You are an excellent communicator and listener who can gather information from multiple stakeholders to execute a shared vision supporting ADM’s organizational goals. You are an action-orientated self-starter who can think critically and collaborate across teams to support the execution of digital plans. We are looking for a team player who will take ownership and lead their projects successfully.

This position will be held in the Chicago or Oak Brook, IL, office for five days/week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports implementation of holistic website strategy and digital vision

  • Manages ADM.com maintenance and optimization inclusive of:

  • Monthly sprint deployments

  • Owns execution of technical maintenance, development, and optimization of new/existing website components

  • Coordinates with Technical and Marketing agencies and IT team for the success of the above

  • Supports Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in reporting web & campaign data & analytics for ADM.com

  • Coordinates and supports the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager on the holistic search strategy (SEO & SEM)

  • Acts as the Team’s Optimizely CMS Expert, supporting best practices and innovative thinking- training internal and external stakeholders

  • Owns ADM.com digital guidelines, best practices, and working methods to ensure constant standards are met throughout the organization.

  • Team lead for SEMrush, utilizing SEMrush for Keyword research and content gaps and communicating the findings and next steps with the digital and content team.

  • Owner of ADM’s YouTube channel- inclusive of strategy and maintenance execution, with a focus on optimization of videos for SEO

  • Mannges the strategy and exection of changes or creation of new ADM.com webpages to meet objectives tied to the plan and strategy

  • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stays abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending new innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communication, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience developing results-oriented digital marketing capabilities for a global organization within global web agencies and digital marketing consulting firms

  • 3+ years working at a digital agency or managing a digital agency partner, including writing briefs, efficient decision-making, and management of the execution

  • Experience working with a global team is important. Prior experience in B2B is required, and prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a bonus.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively throughout various levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative mindset. Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments related to the role

  • Excellent communication skills to empower stakeholders at all levels of the organization and collaborate

  • Action-oriented mindset to execute against strategy in support of growth

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders

Key digital skills:

  • Expertise in Optmizly CMS and other Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, Wix, etc.).

  • Experience SEO & SEM Strategy for leading companies/organizations,

  • SEO Certification by SEM-Rush is preferred, as well as HubSpot, Google, or other leading institutions in the space.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other Digital Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Screaming-Frog, etc.).

Strong plus:

  • Expertise with Marketing Automation, Pardot/Salesforce, lead scoring and routing

  • Google Analytics and Google Search Ads Certification.

  • Good technical understanding of Google Search Ads (Quality Score, Ad Rank, etc.).

  • Experience with Looker Data Studio (Google Data Studio) and similar tools to build dashboards (Tableau, PowerBi, etc.).
