Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our Global Talent Management team. The Role

The Manager, Talent, and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) can understand business needs and support solutions for identified culture and talent outcomes for Hyatt. The manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of products, tools, and processes related to talent management, colleague lifecycle moments, and the global colleague experience survey.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions

•Supports the success and overall adoption of talent management and colleague experience programs

•Manages the programming, survey administration, and insight strategies for specific colleague lifecycle moments (such as onboarding/offboarding/key tenure milestones)

•Collaborates with leaders and the broader talent management team to develop and refine colleague experience strategies that align with Hyatt’s strategic priorities

•Manages aspects of the colleague experience survey process, from planning and execution to data analysis and reporting

•Provides continuous improvement to survey processes to enhance data quality and the end-user experience for reporting

•Supports vendor and partner relationships ensuring high-quality service and delivery that aligns with Hyatt’s priorities and culture

•Works closely with stakeholders to translate survey findings into actionable programs and initiatives that enhance the colleague experience

•Drives the identification and execution of programs aimed at improving the overall colleague experience

•Supports the implementation and tracking of metrics and KPIs that measure the success of colleague experience programs

•Collaborates with various stakeholders across Hyatt to bring colleague experience programs to life

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

•5 years of OD, talent, or human resources experience

•Ability to work on global projects, programs, and initiatives related the colleague experience, survey strategy/administration and/or culture

•Has supported the upkeep of a talent/OE product such as an employee engagement survey, including: design, planning, reporting, and influencing with data

•Can support making and evolving product enhancements based on the expressed needs of the end-users

•Competent in research methods, survey methodology, and statistics

•Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects – prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams

•Ability to partner with and influence project teams, departments, and front-line leaders

•Consulting and project management experience with proven results

•Proven ability to provide guidance and support to stakeholders at a variety of levels

•Ability to facilitate workshops, training delivery, etc.

•Experience in partnering with vendors and supporting administrative tasks for survey administration

Experience Preferred:

•Certification in PowerBI, Tableau, or related tools

•Experience with Medallia and/or other employee engagement platforms
