THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Park Hyatt Chicago . The PM Housekeeping Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall quality of our guest rooms and public areas during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES ( Include but not limited to ) :

• Supervise and coordinate the evening shift housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.

• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.

• Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in a hospitality setting.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.

• Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8-hour shift.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
