Kellanova Senior Associate Brand Manager in Chicago, Illinois

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, Innovation you will use your creativity and cutting-edge marketing to play a key role in driving growth for one of our leading salty snacking brands. Imagine creating the future for our iconic Salty brands like Cheez-It and Pringles. In this hybrid role in the Chicago area, we are looking for someone with a passion for marketing and a vision for change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Opportunity Identification – Identify white space opportunities ripe for innovation by analyzing market data and assessing evolving consumer trends. You will leverage the brands’ strategies and equities to refine these opportunities to best strengthen our point of difference. Show us your ability to be resourceful, creative and analytical!

  • New Product Creation and Launch – Play a crucial role in developing a pipeline and leading teams to launch new products for some of our largest Salty brands in this position. You will have the opportunity to be part of developing brand growth and innovation strategies, partnering with brand leads to drive ideas from inception to commercial launch.

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional counterparts such as Insights & Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Strategy to deliver against brand growth targets. You will partner with a range of functional experts, driving both long-term vision as well as delivering for the business with new products in the short term.

  • Business Acumen – Showcase strong project management skills and develop business cases supporting how your new products deliver against business goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to gain stakeholder alignment on your recommendations, as well as your commercial prowess as you analyze in-market performance

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field; MBA, Master’s Degree or international equivalent is desired

  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies

  • Analytics, positioning, brand development, innovation, and project leadership experience

  • Brand marketing experience and/or marketing innovation

  • Consumer Packaged Goods background
