GENERAL PURPOSE

The Pet North America President position is responsible to manage a multifunctional team to lead ADM’s Pet Nutrition B2B business in the region. The role should coordinate efforts between his direct and indirect reports to drive Revenue and Profit growth. The role is responsible to define and implement long term strategies based on market analysis for the Pet Business and articulate resources and investments to achieve expected goals. It is expected to have full P&L ownership driving short and medium term execution.

Responsible for Revenue Growth, Pricing & Discounting strategies and validation, Monitor & Supervise Manufacturing and Supply Chain costs. Manage and optimize SG&A costs. Drive a savings culture. Define CAPEX needs aligned to Long Term business strategy. Monitor and manage Working Capital by ensuring proper inventory management and Account receivables health.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business strategy and performance over the commercial team under his responsibility coordinating team efforts across his direct reports and functional-support areas with the main goal of ensuring financial results across all business units.

  • Define and execute a business long term strategy through a 5 year plan than drives profitable revenue growth and aligned across all support and functional areas.

  • Build a talented regional team aligned to short, medium and long term priorities and goals. Construct a talent pool and succession plan to ensure growth continuity and sustainability.

  • Construct and implement a new product development pipeline through a robust innovation program that can provide pet solutions to new and existing customers.

  • Design and implement Marketing plans to promote ADM B2B Pet Nutrition Solutions and capabilities.

EDUCATION

  • College Degree. MBA desirable

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years experience in similar role

PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS:
