Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support a Vice-President and their global Research and Development organization. Should be proficient in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, business appropriate communication, coordinating travel and prioritizing business meetings. Additional responsibilities include integrating inputs to enable robust budget forecasting and team meetings, preparing compliant purchase orders and expense reports, and proactively maintaining interpersonal charts/distribution lists.

Job Qualifications

Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Microsoft Calendar and familiarity with an assortment of A/V tools

At least 3 years of administrative experience supporting professional organizations and delivering individual projects

Excellent verbal and written business interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues working across many geographies and cultures

A track record of demonstrating strong attention to detail and integration of information
