We are the constructive disruptors. We ignite the creative spark, serving up thoughtful strategies and captivating experiences that resonate deeply with the outside world. P&G BeautyHouse is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Beauty Care team.

As a BeautyHouse UX/UI Designer within P&G, your primary responsibility will be to assist in creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces across various digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional brand user experience. You will also be responsible for delivering key insights for our DTC/EComm presences considering basic EComm UX best practices. Your insights will then need to be translated into beauty forward visual solutions based on the existing brand equity for the beauty brand you are assigned. This will require an intense dedication to learning mixed with an understanding of the beauty industry and brand building principles. You will partner across a vast multi-functional team as well as other designers within all beauty brands to bring a holistic experience to market for users.

What You’ll Do:

As you partner on UX/UI Design with the team, we will expect you to turn insights into high-fidelity designs. You will work closely with our studio designers and leads, helping to visualize insights and then partnering to create visual frameworks for digital excellence. You will also partner in UI benchmarking across our competitive set and create mood boards to inspire the multifunctional team. It will then be important for you translate those low-fidelity designs into hero screen mockups, utilizing your skills of communication design and best in class UI principles. For these deliverables you will need to utilize the style guides of our brands and demonstrate how that can scale across digital touchpoints. After we create initial UI concepts, it will then be up to you contribute to the creation of screens for the entire user flow, turning those into full prototypes that we can use for research. For this you will need to keep in mind principles in responsive design across multiple screen sizes, as well as technical feasibility. Finally, it will be up to you to assist in creating design specifications for development handoff to make prototypes become a reality.

It will be as important to perform these tasks as it is to document, as we strive to grow the digital acumen across the company. All our roles provide the opportunity to use your talents envisioning, inspiring, defining and enabling holistic, multi-sensorial brand experiences. As a member of the P&G design team, you will create revolutionary solutions that enhance the ways in which we can connect and influence consumers around the globe.
