We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Operations – Order Management Analyst position located in Cincinnati, OH. This critical, exciting role combines the need for technical aptitude in several system platforms as well as strong interpersonal or communication skills; as the Analysts communicate with internal partners, transportation partners and our largest domestic U.S. customers.
These are key, critical roles in our organization to ensure our external partners or customers are getting the product they need. The core work of these analysts is in these key areas, delivery of quality orders to our ship sites in a timely manner, execute order change requests, quality processing of Customer specific processes. Analysts will be trained on several technical platforms, such as SAP which is the fundamental order management system. Robotic Processing Automation tools, digitization and analysis tools are used to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Communication is key for these roles both in written (email) and verbal forms. Our key partners include internal Supply Chain partners who interface daily with customer buyers, carrier partners on delivery and status and issues, account Executives on order status and changes or finally our top 30 Customers on order and delivery status, changes and conditions. The goal for this critical role is to achieve best in class service for our most critical external trade customers.
Job Qualifications
We feel students participating in the SuccessWay Co-op Program should be:
Enrolled in a local college or university
Have a GPA in good academic standings
Committed to working two- sessions, which are in line with your semester. Timing of the assignments will be based on business need
Work 40 hours a week
Live in the Greater Cincinnati area or willing to relocate at your own expense
We are looking for students with the following skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
The capacity to set priorities and work independently
Strong level of attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and processes
The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while handling multiple priorities
Experience in Microsoft Excel

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $29-$50 /hr
