The Digital Media Trader based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a newly created role with our US Home Care In-House Media team. The role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our digital media strategies. As a US Home Care Digital Media Trader, you will be a collaborative and courageous leader whose primary focus will be helping to execute all digital media campaigns for the business, inclusive of audience & inventory strategy and ongoing campaign optimizations that deliver on the intended goals & objectives for the investment.
We are looking for someone that lives within a 2 hour radius of Cincinnati who can travel into the office approximately 2 days a week or someone already located in Cincinnati.
The Digital Media Trading Manager will be accountable for the creation, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including The Trade Desk, various social platforms and others. The Trader will serve a portfolio of Brands and collaborate across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly and in line with P&G standards and Brand business objectives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design, set up and execute digital campaigns across various digital media platforms
Execute complex audience targeting and re-targeting strategies
Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure delivery against Brand goals and objectives
Proactively seek out opportunities and make clear recommendations for optimizations
Continuously optimize campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
Collaborate closely with the digital media and marketing technology supplier teams – acting as the digital media subject matter expert
Collaborate closely with the analytics team on the evaluation of campaign performance
Collaborate closely with the analytics team to execute 3rd-party measurement tests and assess performance across various KPIs

Has strong operational discipline as ensuring timeliness of deliverables, management of ever-changing budgets and tactical planning shifts are common and core to the work.
Can combine being analytical + creative, with a passion to develop and test new ways to profitably engage consumers across the digital media landscape. In this space, it is important that we operate with an agile, test/learn/iterate mindset at all times.
Associate's degree with relevant programmatic experience.
1-6 yrs experience in hands on media buying platforms.
Track record of success in trading across programmatic and/or social media.
Live within a 2 hour radius of Cincinnati & travel into the office approximately 2 days a week or someone already located in Cincinnati.
