The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Global Network and Voice solutions. The first responsibility of this role will be working as the Network Project Manager/Integrator for Acquisition & Divestiture Projects. You will need to build expertise in Network and Voice to be able to provide consulting to the upcoming A&D initiatives. Once the design and approach are finalized with the A&D Project Team, you will lead the execution of the project by working with internal stakeholders and partners to meet the A&D requirements.

The second responsibility of this role, will be to lead transformation projects within Voice Services, to deliver savings under voice & conferencing modernization. You will be leading the transition of voice support from an external supplier into the P&G Network Operations Center, driving additional savings by transforming the voice transport space. Within this role, you will lead teams to deliver changes that result in business value, and very measurable business impact.

This Project Management role includes responsibilities in planning and estimating the work, leading execution, communicating inside and outside the project, delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/resources, time, scope, quality), applying relevant practices and methods to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness and speed, managing changes in specifications and plans, following compliance requirements, and foreseeing and resolving risks, issues, and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Life Cycle Management Documentation/ Sourcing Plan.

  • Accountability for program/project progress and set deadlines.

  • Ensuring delivery of the project – on-time and on-budget.

  • Budget administration and program finance forecast management.

  • Own program stakeholder communication strategy.

  • Risk and issue management plan.

  • Supplier governance at project level - engaging and managing vendor partners to streamline process.

  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritize, work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Project Management

  • Experience in leading projects across regions and partners to deliver business objectives.

  • Experience in contract management and third-party governance.

  • Ability to manage potentially difficult supplier relationships.

  • Previous experience in aligning business leadership to solution strategy.

Preferred:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Experience with IT Network area (WAN, LAN, WLAN), preferably with Cisco equipment.

  • Bachelor’s degree Information Systems/Computer Science.

Pay Range: $105,000 – $150,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
