HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Business Analytics – Utilizing your resources will be imperative to your success as you proactively track, analyze and make strategic and tactical recommendations around program results. You will provide direction on opportunities to improve category Profit & Loss key metrics (Gross Sales Volume, Net Sales Volume, and Sales Contribution Margin) based on analysis of promotion, spending, and volume (forecasts and actuals).
Planning Process – Leveraging Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles you will assist in the annual planning process with a focus on delivering Business Unit and Customer objectives. Proactively providing direction on opportunities and threats based off of Syndicated or Account data will be key to your success.
Account Collaboration - Partnering with Account Executives you will develop promotional trade calendars/co-op/strategies which adheres to national brand strategies. Together you will work collaboratively forecast base and incremental volume.
Project Management – You will have direct responsibility for executing projects and activities in a timely fashion on respective Kellogg Wholesome Snacks brands and their impact at a market level.
Data Champion – In this role you are responsible for the team’s data integrity. You will act as the team expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Tools while providing Ad-hoc financial and data analysis, including pre/post event analysis.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Firm understanding of promotionalmethodology and management
Proven ability to communicatecomplex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences withdiffering knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally
Ability to work in conditionswhich include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended workschedules, and specific time constraints
Advanced Excel expertise andproven efficiency working in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Previous sales, revenuegrowth management, business planning and/or analytical experience
Advanced technical abilityin Trade Promotion Management Software (TPM)
Proven fact-based sellingexperience as well as experience with Nielsen, Business WarehouseReporting, SAP and Kroger Reporting Data
The ideal candidate will reside in the Cincinnati, OH metro area and will work daily from home until we reopen our local office in Loveland, OH.
