The Opportunity

  • As a SR HR Specialist in our Cincinnati based - Global Business Services (GBS) organization, you will have autonomy and feel like you own your business yet have a strategic partnership with a team of HR Business Partners who will rely on your expertise, knowledge, and partnership. As a team, we work hard, embrace flexibility, and genuinely have each other’s back.

  • You will be amongst a group of experienced HR Specialists who are always willing and able to ideate and work through possible solutions to unique business events or needs that pop.

  • You will work closely with a variety of executive level leaders to leadership/executive leadership

Job Description

  • Provide day to day employee support in policy, Disability, Workers Comp, FMLA, Flexible Work Arrangements, etc. This candidate will become the US Policy expert.

  • Serve as the Org HR Data Coordinator, Local HR Data Coordinator, and OU Mobility Partner within subsets of GBS organizations.

  • Project Management for key organization priorities for the Global organization.

  • Pull and manipulate reports from the Workday system and provide insights in support of organizational needs.

  • May also assume responsibilities for some HR signature systems.

  • Collaborate proactively with the HR team, business partners, and senior management across the global GBS organization.

  • Agility and confidence to adjust to many leaders/Sr. Leader needs as this role works day to day and on projects with high visibility.

  • Project and project management. These projects can and will vary from HR deliverables to GBS specific initiatives. Required: Proficiency in HR policies, Workday or employee data processing experience., Project Management

  • Intellectually curious about uncovering human needs and desires and translating those insights into compelling stories that will help us better understand how to serve our consumer.

  • Able to discover the story in all the noise and identify what really matters, whether it’s from interviewing consumers to analyzing data sets.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource related work

  • Must live within 50 miles of Cincinnati, OH or be willing to relocate at

  • Strong analytical and Project Management Skills

Preferred:

  • Workday Experience

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $61,500 – $85,300

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
