Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Support - Trouble Shooter in Clayton, NC you will support current product production through the testing and repair of BCP machines according to the specifications from Engineering, Tests and validate production machines according to Engineering protocols. You will perform various activities to test for proper operation and quality issues of BCP machines, performing necessary rework and repair when issues are found. May coordinate CSD compliance through coordination of offline WIP activity and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical reworking experience on electrical and hydraulic systems

• 1 year of troubleshooting experience on electrical and hydraulic systems

• Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods

• Ability to perform repetitive operations

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Top Candidates will also have

• Heavy equipment machine operation experience

• Trouble shooting in a dynamic environment

• Experience with root cause analysis to troubleshoot

• Machine rework experience

• Basic proficiency with computer skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Strong quality and attendance record

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous and analytical nature

• Strong commitment to Safety

• Knowledge of Caterpillar systems

• Experience with reading engineering prints

Additional Information

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: M-Th 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Overtime scheduled on Friday as business needs require.

Work location: Clayton, NC

Summary Pay Range:

$26.37 - $32.96
