This is a non-exempt level position

Position Summary:

• Safely perform the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse in efficiently meeting the needs of the plant Maintenance and Production departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Specific responsibilities include receiving parts, putting parts in inventory, keeping the inventory organized, handling and issuing parts, gathering parts for kitted work, and performing record keeping required to accurately track these actions using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (i.e. Maximo).

• Work is done in accordance with established policies, procedures and plant priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Promote the ADM Way and Core Values

• Understanding of the importance of Safety

• Inventory and PC knowledge

• Ability to use computers including Microsoft Office skills. Basic math and writing skills.

• Strong attendance record

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous warehouse and/or industrial plant experience preferred.

• Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement

• High School diploma or GED with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing).

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights.

• Requires working in extreme temperature conditions
