What does a great Senior Product Manager do?
As a Senior Product Manager for Integrated Payments, you’ll be responsible for managing the collection of tools that Clover provides to partners seeking to combine their hardware and software products with Clover payment devices to form payment solutions tailored to specific vertical markets! Clover currently collaborates with hundreds of integrated software vendor (ISV) partners in a diverse array of markets, such as sports stadiums, nightclubs, medical offices, and specialty retail. You’ll be responsible for understanding both the business and technical requirements of our ISV partners, crafting product plans to satisfy those requirements, and delivering our payment integration tools so they can be consumed by a wide range of partners! You’ll have the opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing segments of the payments industry, and with a wide range of exciting ISV partners.

Is comfortable working closely with third-party developers, and must be comfortable with the technical aspects of SDKs and integration technologies.
Has the ability to think strategically about our partnerships and how they relate to Clover’s overall business.
Understands the current landscape of payment industry players, including issuers, acquirers, processors, gateway providers, and payment networks.
Possesses well-honed communications skills, and is comfortable addressing executives, customers and partners.
As a Senior Product Manager, you can look forward to:
Tracking payments industry trends, standards, and competition as they relate to integrated payments, ISVs, and vertical markets.
Collaborating with engineering, developer relations, product managers, and other team members to define and maintain the roadmap for integrated payments tools.
Helping build business cases for new integrated payments tools, services, and features.
Defining detailed user stories and requirements for your tools and services.
Collaborating closely with engineering, documentation, developer relations, quality assurance, and operations colleagues to deliver integrated payments tools and services.
Working with marketing staff to effectively package your products, building marketing collateral and other materials.
Training sales channels on your products and their value proposition for potential partners.
Collaborating with ISV partners to build combined solutions that solve new merchant needs.
Analyzing developer feedback to continually improve their efficiency, and the user experience of merchants and consumers.
Defining and tracking KPIs as it relates to partners leveraging your integrated payments products.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, or consulting.
BS/BA degree in computer science or engineering.
Experience managing developer SDKs and APIs.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience crafting and nurturing corporate partnerships.
Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated technical specifications to clients and implementation teams.
Ability to clearly communicate product descriptions, value propositions, and roadmaps to business personnel.
Capability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Training in and experience with Agile development methodologies.
Development and product management experience in financial technology very desirable.
Travel required : Travel required on approximately a monthly basis, occasionally internationally.
