  • Job Title: Brand Manager, Innovation ONE Brands* * Job Location: Boulder, CO* * Company Background:* ONE Brands, formerly OhYeah! The ONE Brands marketing team is based out of Boulder, CO. * About the Job:* The Brand Manager, Innovation position is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the marketing team of one of the fastest growing snack bar brands in Boulder. This position is responsible for leveraging the brand strategies for both the ONE and FULFIL brands to develop a robust 3-5 year pipeline of innovation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is part of the Marketing leadership team that helps define and set the portfolio up for future growth and success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior cross-functional leadership, strategic vision, analysis, and project management skills while working across all components of brand innovation – from initial pipeline and concept development, through validation, all the way to launch handover. S/he will bring a passion and a can-do attitude to our marketing team while managing cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze consumer, shopper, customer, competitive, and industry trends to identify and prioritize product innovation opportunities * Own the definition and development of both the ONE and FULFIL Innovation pipelines for the next 3-5 years, delivering Innovation inputs into the annual and 3-year strategic planning processes * Own the innovation processes, including cross-functional working team development through to leadership reviews and approvals * Develop and deliver robust Innovation business cases, including pro-forma P&L projections, Marketing and Sales support plans, and capital investment cases * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance, and E-Commerce, to define and develop Innovation deliverables * Lead the communication of Innovation pipeline to Sales team and key customers * Coordinate pipeline development with Hershey R&D technology innovations * Oversee coordination of external agency partners on the development and production of key Innovation deliverables, such as package designs, Marketing positioning, and key visuals * Manage the Innovation Insights processes, from category research through to concept and product validation with consumers * Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Company’s policies, by demonstrating the Company’s values, and being a role model for the Company Brand. * Manage the innovation budget, inclusive of research and key development tasks, and provide input into overarching portfolio budget management processes * Education and/or Experience:* * BS/BA Degree (Business/Marketing preferred) * 4-6 years of experience in marketing (consumer packaged goods marketing preferred) * Experience with traditional brand marketing and innovation / long-term strategy development * Knowledge of project management principles; discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals * S/he will have a collaborative approach with great customer service, both, internal and external, such as interfacing with cross-functional teams and external partners. * Other Skills:* * A self-starter with a can-do attitude and extremely strong attention to detail * Self-motivated with a strong desire to make an impact * Ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints * Exemplary writing, listening, communication and presentation skills * Financial acuity * Able to maintain confidential and proprietary information and material * Proficient in Microsoft Office #LI-MB1 ONE Brands, a division of The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
