Pharmacy schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. No nights, no weekends, no holidays!
*This tech will work 20 hours per week - can be flexible with the schedule. Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401k. Also will have option to pick up additional hours by covering PTO for others techs.
This position has potential to ramp up to full-time hours in the near future.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle mail and invoices, distribute and file as required.
Answer telephones and direct calls.
Order office supplies
Prepare shipments and mailings.
Communicate with customers by phone and in-person
Process and file paperwork
Various other related duties as assigned
Educational or Skills Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use automated systems and office equipment at an acceptable level of proficiency
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to understand and follow routine to moderately complex verbal instructions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Effective at working independently and meeting deadlines.
Ability to remain flexible to change.
Strong attention to detail.
