Description: Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to perform a wide variety of tasks in support of cable/harness manufacturing testing on our Production Operations team in Courtland, AL !

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Perform automated and manual testing of cables and harnesses to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

• Create and deliver test reports to stakeholders, including test results, data analysis, and recommendations for improvement

• Work collaboratively in small teams to achieve project goals and objectives

• Support the latest cutting-edge programs in the aerospace industry, including new and emerging technologies

This position will be required to support our 2nd shift on a 4x10 schedule: Monday-Thursday 1530 - 0200 . The position may require periodic or unscheduled overtime and/or nonstandard workweek depending on program schedule requirements and equipment availability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of proper use of standard hand tools

• Experience with electronics testing equipment

• Experience with electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to calculate and measure (fractions and decimals)

• Ability to complete routine work instructions with general supervision

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Network Analyzers.

• Experience in basic software testing

• Knowledge of environmental test operations

• Knowledge or experience of Assembly, Test, and/or Launch Operations.

• Knowledge or experience with engineering drawings or blueprints.

• Electrical harness manufacturing experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
