CVS Health Communications Specialist in Dallas, Texas

Job Description

EAP Communications is looking for a team member to promote and support communication needs for the Resources For Living program and dedicated specific national Plan Sponsor work. This includes working directly with Aetna Mental Wellbeing and EAP operations subject matter experts, Sales, Account Executives and Plan Sponsors. Additionally, candidate should have the skills to assist in the production of communications through various methods, including planning, writing and design. The candidate will learn and champion Aetna’s brand standards; provide timely, quality deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines; maintain positive, supportive relationships with coworkers; and handle multiple projects and expected work volume.

Candidate should have excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and have proficient editing skills. Candidate should have excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Candidate should have basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro. Experience in marketing or communications is desired, including design of PowerPoint presentations, flyers, ads, posters, etc.). Additional desired skills include ability to understand and edit basic HTML. Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance, worklife and wellness programs is desired. For Aetna employees, familiarity with Aetna processes (QCC, Legal, brand standards) is a plus.

Fundamental Components

  • Supports planning, development and production of Plan Sponsor and member promotional materials, collateral materials, and content resource library

  • Contributes to the overall communication strategy and promotional planning of Resources For Living content development

  • Works directly with Account Executives and Plan Sponsors to strategize custom materials and fulfill custom requests, as needed

  • Provides support to BH/EAP Sales for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for proposals.

  • Supports BH/EAP leadership through working with leaders in special projects that support business strategy, communication goals and culture

  • Meets urgent deadlines for immediate EAP projects that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe.

  • Works to develop, maintain and customize content on the EAP Member website, including the website strategy

  • Works to support the EAP business needs by writing or designing content

Background Experience

  • This person will have proficient skills in MS Office 2016 or higher (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 5-10 years preferred.

  • This person will have proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. 1-5 years preferred.

  • This person will have a bachelor’s degree; marketing or communications field desired.

  • Strong organizational skills.

We're a small, work-at-home fast-paced team with a great sense of humor located across the US. This particular role will focus on specific large national Plan Sponsor communications to ensure we are meeting their populations' needs. Additionally, you will work with the team to develop, update and improve our communications.
