The EmployerInstallation Specialist is responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and / or source documents. May research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research issues and develop customer specific resolutions

  • Build,maintain, and audit benefits in RxCLAIM

  • Provide anddesign all pieces for implementation

  • Serve as aresource to business partners and co - workers

  • Assist withthe development of process improvement for the department

  • Analyzedata

  • Design thebenefit plan

  • Supportclient management with research

  • Performother duties as assigned

  • Generally,work is self - directed and not prescribed

  • Work withless structured, more complex issues

  • Provideexplanations and interpretations within area of expertise

  • Maintain anacceptable quality level and production turnaround time

  • Useautomation tools effectively

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (orhigher)

  • 3+ years of experience in apharmacy or healthcare insurance / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)environment using the computer as the primary instrument to perform jobduties

  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftExcel (ability to create spreadsheets to input, sort, and filter data)

  • Experience working withRxClaim, including ability to navigate the system with ease and read aclaim

  • Ability to work a scheduled 8hours shift within the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Fridaywith the possibility of working overtime either before, after, or on a dayother than your scheduled day

  • You will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s USTelecommuting Policy

  • If you need toenter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptomsusing the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., enteringyour symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group - approvedsymptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are requiredto wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with anystate and local masking orders

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) inpharmacy or healthcare fields

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare insurance environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties

  • 2+ years of experience in a PBM environment performing a benefit related function

  • Quality assurance experience

  • Pharmacy Technician and / or CPHTLicense

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word,Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint – ability to open, create, edit,save, and send documents, databases, and presentations

SoftSkills:

  • Ability to be flexible and work in aconstantly changing environment

  • Self - directed and the ability toprioritize caseloads based on business and customer needs

PhysicalRequirements and Work Environment:

  • Frequent speaking, listening using aheadset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse,handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer

  • Service center environment withmoderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printersand floor activity
