The Assistant will oversee patient scheduling, transfers, and medical records. * Office liaison for patients, staff and physicians * Patient scheduling * Triage and process messages from patients * Point of Care testing * Patients transfers within facility * Follows through on patients’ needs through coordination of services * Collects and provides data entry consistent with established quality and integrity standards * Supports medical record integrity * All other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Minimum of two years of clerical or medical office experience required.
