This is a full-time, non-exempt level position

The Blend Plant is a production facility tasked with blending specific soy isolate and concentrate products for the food industry. The facility also warehouses various packaging and raw ingredient products for Decatur East Plant operation. This position reports directly to the Blend Plant Manager.

Position Summary

The Blend Coordinator has overall responsibility for the inbound and outbound material flow of the Blend warehouse/plant. This position is also assigned inventory control for warehousing and production capturing for the plant. The Coordinator will also work closely with ADM Research Scientist in the development of producing blend formulas. All front office duties including monthly accounting functions, records retention guidelines, hourly payroll, personnel records, accounts receivables, invoicing and other tasks for the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Records Retention

• Processing weekly payroll and maintain personnel records

• Inventory control within warehouse

• Coordinate, reconcile and monitor shipping orders

• Order, receive and invoice within Maximo IBM PO generation for packaging items

• Balance daily, weekly, monthly production

• Verify product usage during production process

• Shipment of finished produced goods in a timely manner

• Weekly plant production scheduling

• Coordinate the heat treatment process of inbound/outbound schedule

• Supply ordering

• General front office tasks

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Strong math skills

• Multi-tasking and prioritizing are critical Efficient problem solver, accuracy and attention to detail a must

• Excellent organization skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Working knowledge of IBM – CICS, OPGO, IVGO, APGO Web based applications of WMS, Maximo, Tradeshift Prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding.
