Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Monitoring & Triage Analyst. As a Junior Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organizations digital assets. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will intake cybersecurity related requests from internal and external entities that require triage, remediation or escalation. This entry level position provides an opportunity for learning and growth in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to assist with information security inquiries or issues.

  • Document all interactions accurately for record-keeping and analysis.

  • Follow established processes and guidelines to handle common issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex problems or escalate as necessary.

  • Monitor your assigned queues and work cases in an efficient and effective manner

Qualifications:

  • Effective typing skills

  • Familiarity with Cyber Security and Information Technology

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

  • Position is Full Time

  • Office presence in Denver is required 5 days a week

  • Specific Shift Required:

  • Sunday - Thursday from 10AM to 7PM local time

This job will be open and accepting applications for a minimum of seven days from the date it was posted.

Enterprise Role Overview:

This job is responsible for serving as the first line of defense against cyber security threats towards the bank’s assets. Key responsibilities include detecting and analyzing all cyber-related suspicious security events and escalating incidents for immediate response, containment, and recovery. Job expectations include executing numerous monitoring activities in order to identify abnormal and malicious activity.
