Job Summary

This is a full-time CDL A driver position hauling food grade liquid sweetener products in smooth bore tank trailers. The driver will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading product. The typical schedule varies, and some weekend and holiday availability is required in order to make timely deliveries. Driver is required to follow all government, company, & customer policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Candidate Requirements

  • 24 years of age

  • 1 year of verifiable OTR or Local experience within the previous seven years

  • No accidents within the last 3 years

  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last three years

  • Stable work history and long-term commitment

Compensation

  • 30.04 hourly - Local deliveries are compensated based on task pay

  • 0.62 mileage pay - OTR deliveries are compensated based on mileage

  • Full benefits package including health, dental, life & vision insurance as well as 401 (k) with company matching

  • Uniforms supplied

Candidates must successfully complete a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check and functionality testing.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
