Pay Range: $32.00 Starting pay is dependent on skills & background
Shift(s) Required: 1 st shift, 9:00am – 5:30pm . Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed.

Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Lead Person is responsible for the safe performance of their team. Responsible for supporting training and job performance of the Maintenance Team to ensure high quality and efficient work while demonstrating a positive and inclusive culture at the facility. Helps to instruct and assist all Maintenance employees.
Work Responsibilities
Meet or exceed KPI goals as set forth by management
Coordinate maintenance colleagues to complete all necessary tasks for the shift.
Leads shift exchange review and response meetings to communicate key process indicator performance.
Responsible for participating and managing record keeping, safety, quality, and production related activities, including R&R metric reporting per day or shift.
Ensure in-process metrics (e.g. reactive vs. proactive maintenance) are maintained to target across working days
Work with Site Leadership to resolve production issues.
Interacts with department supervisors to help troubleshoot problems in their area(s)
Use and lead problem solving tools such as 5Y to identify root cause of production, quality issues and implement corrective / preventative actions.
Use ADM computer programs including Microsoft programs, Sphera and Maximo.
Actively Participate on a safety and/or Performance Excellence Pillar Team.
Review daily maintenance work completed, complete daily maintenance reports and other reporting as necessary.
Full competency in all Maintenance work duties
Leads maintenance crews
Helps with scheduling of job crews
Helps develop, execute and support the maintenance care plans of site equipment
Perform daily work in the Maximo (CMMS) system including, but not limited to update work hours, work order comments, complete & close work orders
Maintains compliance of housekeeping/master sanitation schedule
Work in the most effective, efficient and safe manner at all times.
Demonstrate ability to act professionally and respect confidentiality.
Lead by example adherence to policy and expectations.
Utilize and complete Standard Work on a daily basis
Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership .
Facility Expectations
Follow the expectations of all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Ensure product quality expectations are met.
Follow all facility Good Manufacturing Practices as required.
Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean and completion of all listed housekeeping duties per the master sanitation schedule.
Work with other colleagues to effectively communicate maintenance & production issues.
Participate in morning toolbox, shift exchange/review and response meetings to communicate your key process indicator performance.
Once qualified, provide mentoring and training to new colleagues.
Required to work overtime as specified by management.
Attend training classes in-plant or at other locations as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to use computers including Microsoft Office skills.
Previous Maximo experience beneficial
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing and/or similar military environment (preferred)
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to move about on a work site by ascending/descending stairs, extensive walking, climbing steps or ladders, prolonged periods of standing and sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently
Ability to operate equipment or machinery that may be located at different heights with open view grating from multiple elevations or in confined spaces
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead
Ability to traverse two (2) miles or more during the course of a workday
Ambient conditions – Work area is, typically, a non-air-conditioned production environment. Working in in extreme heat and cold in all seasonal elements, both indoors and outside on a regular basis.
Atmosphere: May come in contact with Dust (Peanut - known allergen), corn, cotton, canola seed, chemicals and odor
Must be able to work around vibrating equipment and noise levels that may reach or exceed 85 decibels and will require use of hearing protection for most of the work shift
Employees are required to wear all company provided Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., hard-hats, safety glasses, earplugs, uniforms, and steel-toed boots) in addition to job specific PPE requirements (i.e., fall protection equipment and respirators)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
