Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for hospitality? Join our dynamic team as the Area IT Director overseeing the technology operations for three Hyatt Hotel properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including the Hyatt Regency DFW , Grand Hyatt DFW and Hyatt Regency Frisco .
In this exciting and impactful role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring all aspects of our hotels’ IT systems operate seamlessly, in line with Hyatt's world-class standards. Your expertise will help drive the success of our properties by overseeing IT projects and budgets, supporting system upgrades, providing on-site training to promote efficient operations, and leading a small team to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll also collaborate closely with corporate teams to implement and maintain systems, ensuring our hotels stay on the cutting edge of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management: Plan, assess, monitor, deploy and report the state of compliance and any required mitigation and remediation activities (e.g., PCI, Data Privacy, etc.)
Help Desk Support: Provide timely technical support to users, restore service and/or identify and resolve problems
Monitoring: Provide regular monitoring of platform and system activities, isolating problems and determining their cause
Lead technology support across three properties, balancing time allocation based on the needs and scale of each hotel.
Manage and execute corporate-driven IT projects, system updates, and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and smooth integration of new technology.
Oversee system inventory, procure necessary operating equipment, and develop efficient policies and procedures.
Provide hands-on training and support to hotel teams to resolve IT-related challenges and enhance overall productivity.
Collaborate with corporate IT support, IT Leadership and system owners to optimize operations and resolve any system-related issues.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including the Hyatt Technology Support Team and corporate stakeholders.

Experience with Hyatt infrastructure and property preferred
Degree in Information Systems or Management/Business preferred
