Description:
Grand Hyatt DFW at Terminal D of the DFW Airport, is seeking to add a proven Sales leader to its existing sales team. This dynamic role of Group Sales Manager will directly support the Northeast Market.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proven Sales leader to join our team as a Group Sales Manager, directly supporting the Northeast Market and will primarily focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, while also targeting corporate groups in the finance and insurance industries. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and competitive individual with experience in hotel sales. Remote work option may be considered based on experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed quota and production targets by selling guest rooms and meeting space.
Manage business and client accounts with professionalism and timeliness.
Prepare and present effective contracts and proposals, maintaining organized documentation and reports.
Conduct hotel site tours for meeting planners and potential clients.
Lead sales calls and travel for business tradeshows.
Develop and maintain accounts (new and existing) with organized correspondence and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred.
Strong understanding of the group sales process and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Expertise in the pharmaceutical/healthcare market, with additional experience in finance and insurance sectors.
Flexibility to travel and attend tradeshows.
