Support the end-to-end product development program for Cyber Defense Engineering Capabilities
Elicit business requirements from stakeholders; document business requirements; identify problems that need to be solved; understand stakeholder pain points, what keeps them up at night, and any roadblocks to growth
Manage intake process to capture Cyber Defense Engineering demand
Define roadmaps to achieve business outcomes; define strategy using BDD, TDD
Engage in prioritization discussions for cyber defense engineering backlog and how these priorities fit into overall EIS backlog
Identify opportunities to re-use technology
Participate in regular product reviews
Support capital planning
Align platform/build decisions within the cyber defense engineering domain
Manage assigned capital across cyber defense engineering features
Prioritize defects and track progress toward release of product
Understand data privacy and government regulations
Achieve goals in a matrix environment and demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and influence others
5 or more years of Healthcare related business analysis
5 or more years product development experience
3 or more years of experience in the Agile software development approach
3 or more years of experience writing Features, User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaborating with Development/Engineering teams
3 or more years of experience managing a diverse, global workforce
