Oversee performance of network program/product implementation for new clients and complex renewals
Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenge
Create efficiencies/streamlined processes for network design
Be primary resource for escalation and trouble-shooting support related to new client networks and complex renewals
Identify opportunities for further education and resources for internal teams and customers
Drive the design and implementation of new programs for retail network operations
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning network configurations
Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist network contracting and development teams

High school diploma
5+ years of provider relations experience
2+ years of leadership experience
1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Intermediate level of knowledge of claims processing
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access

Claims processing experience
Work experience in managed care or PBM experience
Knowledge of pharmacy pricing aspects
Knowledge of Provider networks and/or affiliations
Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
