What Is The Job?

*Provide callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions

*Answers customer questions including but not limited to items regarding available providers and enrollment processes in prompt, courteous, and concise manner.

*Clearly communicates case and case processing information to caller

What Do You Bring?

*High School Diploma or GED

*Computer literacy

*Strong analytical skills required with attention to detail

*Experience in health care, human services, or customer service
