Lockheed Martin Flight Operations Scheduler (Level 3) in Edwards Air Force Base, California

Responsible for a multitude of tasks as assigned by the Lockheed Martin Site Lead Pilot, Test Operations Lead, and Chief of Fighter Flight Operations to support fighter flight test operations. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly scheduling, tracking of aircrew qualifications, currencies and training. Maintaining training records for all Lockheed Martin pilots. Completing monthly reports for distribution. Scheduling appointments for flight crew as needed (physicals, altitude chamber, etc... Supporting execution of the daily flight schedule to include pre-flight planning, weather briefing, scheduling airspace, real-time monitoring of weather and aircraft during flight operations, and post-flight support. Participating in audits on processes and record keeping. Must be capable of developing and maintaining a positive working relationship across internal and external organizations to include USAF, FAA, LM Aero programs. Attention to detail a must.

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience/Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Customer relations experience.

• Interim Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience/Familiarity with aircrew currency and training requirements.

• Experience using a flight operations database such as Flight Operations Software (FOS), or Center Ops Online (COOL).

• Experience with USAF airspace and resource scheduling.

• Strong communication, interpersonal relationship, and organizational skills.
