You will be the Control Account Manager for the F-35 Simulation System Test Team (SST). Our team develops and delivers Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation capabilities to the F-35 Reprogramming Labs (RLs).

What You Will Be Doing

As the Control Account and Project Manager you will be focused on Sustainment contract support which includes status reporting on lab operational state, SPARs, and arranging assistance to the government RL teams when internal or external action is needed to resolve issues. As a member of the RL project management team, this team member will work with fellow CAMs and project leads to ensure metrics like Schedule Forecast Accuracy, Baseline Execution Index, and Contract Performance Reports are understood and can be articulated clearly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilize EVMS to perform cost and schedule variance analysis

• Develop monthly estimate to complete assessments

• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

• Implement scope changes and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.

• Support of onsite events/meetings will be required on occasion.

Additionally, you will support the deputy project lead responsibilities. You will have a technical background and strong interest in developing project management experience and an interest in technical work scope.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience in project engineering or project management

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with F-35 Reprogramming

• F-35 SAP/SAR Clearances

• Earned Value Management experience as a Control Account Manager

• Sustainment contract Experience

• Proposal experience with the Aero Proposal Tool Suite (APTS)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• F-35 SAP/SAR clearances

• Familiarity with Eglin Air Force base

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
