We currently are seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST for our future TJX Distribution Center located in El Paso, TX
Areas of Responsibility:
Ensures compliance with state, local and federal laws and company policy.
Recruitment for hourly and salary associates.
Supports Associate Relations & Labor Relations by administering and advising all levels of associates on company policies, procedures and union contract administration.
Ensures the effective training and development of supervisors and associates on the floor.
Conducts new hire orientations as needed.
Supports Payroll and Leave of Absence administration
Supports Safety and Wellness programs.
Provide leadership and development of staff
Supports other Human Resources functions as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
4+ years Human Resources experience
Ability to lead and influence others
Must be available to work all days and hours (Multi shift building)
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Ability to build effective relationships
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and analytical skills
Good computer skills with Microsoft applications Word and Excel
Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Systems, Kronos and Oracle preferred
