Job Description

This role will serve as the main interface with our internal shared service resource center. It will be responsible for performing accounting activities related to Accounts Payable, Payroll and Travel. In addition, there will be support of Treasury activities.

The role will be responsible for the following items:

• Support Payment processing

• Research and mitigate account variances

• Facilitating financial closing activities, including journal entries and trial balance review

• Complete general ledger account reconciliations

• Supporting financial account inquiry from multiple levels of the company

• Support Treasury activity around payment issuance, responding to payment status inquiries and bank account maintenance

• Compliance

• Complete Internal Control reviews and report results to Management

• Support internal and external audit activities

• Support special projects

• Participate on or contribute to process / quality improvement teams and / or initiatives

• Support and implement performance driven changes in processes and procedures

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance, or related Business degree) and 2 years of professional accounting-related experience.

• The individual must have prior finance or accounting experience.

• This role will require strong communication, analytic and problem-solving skills.

• The individual must be team oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.

• Demonstrate the ability to drive to a conclusion with adequate follow through and issue resolution.

• Initiative to take on ad hoc requests and projects and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Prior experience with Oracle and prior experience in Accounting for an International Company.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58300 - $99100

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
