As our Program Planner you will support team members in the FBM Mk7 Program in Englewood, CO .

In this role you will...

• Develop, statuses, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner

• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives

• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners

• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule

metrics and reports related to execution of the Program

• Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer

Management

• Establish and conduct data and process quality

assessments of planning products and prepare for

surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with

program performance management

Our level 2 employees typically have 3-6 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Englewood facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 1-3 years of professional experience

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology

• Strong communication, writing & presentation skills

• Experience in Microsoft Project, Open Plan, P6, or other planning tools, and Excel

• If selected, you will need to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:

• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance

• Prefer 3+ years of professional work experience

• Experience analyzing data.

• Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional.

• Customer service experience.

• Presentation experience.

• Familiarity with formulas and macros in excel.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Strong presentation skills to be able to

communicate with the Customer

• Proficiency with Earned Value Management

• Experience analyzing data

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
