Job Description:
Position Overview: The Informatica MDM Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Informatica MDM environment. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the MDM platform, as well as working closely with other IT and Support teams to support data management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica MDM and related components.
System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the MDM environment.
Data Integration: Collaborate with data integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration with other systems.
Security Management: Implement and manage security policies, roles, and access controls within the MDM environment.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Patch Management: Apply patches and updates to the MDM environment as needed to keep the system up-to-date and secure.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the MDM environment, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
User Support: Provide support to end-users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or questions related to the MDM system.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Minimum of one year of experience in administering Informatica MDM or similar MDM platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Informatica MDM installation, configuration, and administration.
Experience with Informatica Data Quality installation, configuration, and administration.
Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Experience with configuring Weblogic
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$62,500.00 - $116,400.00
Salaried Incentive Plan:
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
