Do you enjoy Process Improvement and are looking for a dynamic and fast-paced role where you can utilize your skills and make a real impact? Look no further! We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team and contribute to our success.

You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing PMO processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This involves working closely with PMO Operations team members and other Global Technology teams to understand processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.

Will utilize data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable benefits.

Supports Process Senior Analysts in the PMO and partners with users to ensure that they are supported, and processes are executed to a high degree of quality.

The Process Analyst position is in the Global Technology Project Management Office (PMO) within ADM, reporting to the Director of PMO Operations. Position available in Erlanger, KY or Decatur, IL.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with key PMO stakeholders to operate methodologies and execute PMO processes.

  • Build deep understanding of methodology and process operation across multiple areas of PMO Operations.

  • Provide guidance, clarity and support to those working within a process.

  • Support the Senior Analyst and Lead roles; provide input into continuous improvement activities.

  • Analyze key processes and provide areas for improvement.

  • Ability to understand complex processes and frameworks.

  • Trusted partner to our customers; someone who can help guide people through a process.

  • Great communicator and partnership builder.

  • Ensure processes are executed to a high level of quality.

  • Responsive to support requests from Process Users.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a project/PMO/process environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field
