What You’ll Do:
PROVIDE 24/7 EQUIPMENT SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS-CRITICAL ISSUES ON PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT THAT ARE ESCALATED FROM TECHNICIANS/MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
REVIEW AND EDIT PMs FOR ACCURATE TASK DESCRIPTIONS AND PARTS LISTS.
SCOPE, DESIGN, AND REVIEW EQUIPMENT UPGRADES AND REDESIGNS TO EXTEND EQUIPMENT SERVICE LIFE.
EVALUATE SPARE PARTS STOCKING STRATEGIES FOR APPROPRIATE MIN/MAX QUANITITIES, OBSOLETE ITEMS, AND ADD NEW ITEMS TO STOCK TO MINIMIZE BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS.
DESIGN AND ENGINEER 3D/CAD MODELS OF NEW AND/OR REVERSE-ENGINEERED PARTS TO BE PROCURED THROUGH FABRICATION-MACHINE SHOPS OR CREATED BY IN-HOUSE TECHNICIANS.
PROVIDE MAINTENANCE METRICS (OEE/MTBF/MTTR/DOWNTIME) FOR PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND ANALYZE BAD ACTORS TO CREATE CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANS.
REVIEW NEW INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIONS FOR APPLICABLE ITEMS; SUBMIT ORDER REQUESTS AS NEW TECHNOLOGIES ARE IDENTIFIED.
GENERATE EQUIPMENT OVERHAUL PLANS AND CREATE PMs FOR ROUTINE REBUILDS.
GENERATE EQUIPMENT LUBRICATION PLANS AND CREATE PMs FOR ROUTINE OIL/GREASE/LUBE SERVICING.
SUBMIT CR-DOCUMENTATION FOR LARGE-SCALE, HIGH-RISK/PRODUCT-IMPACT EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES.
SUBMIT CHEMSA/EXPENDABLES REQUESTS FOR NEW CONSUMABLE ITEMS TO BE USED WITHIN THE MAINTENANCE GROUP.
SUPPORT EQUIPMENT CENTER-LINING ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENTS.
SERVE AS THE SITE CALIBRATION COORDINATOR FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF CALIBRATED EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MICROLAB EQUIPMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING, PRODUCTION WEIGHT-RELATED UNITS, AND MEASURING STANDARDS.
CREATE NEW CALIBRATION RECORDS IN MAXIMO FOR ASSETS TO ENSURE WORK ORDERS ARE GENERATED WITH CALIBRATION POINTS IN THE RANGE OF FIELD USE.
PREPARE UNITS TO BE SENT OUT FOR CORPORATE METROLOGY GROUP AND COORDINATE WITH STOCKROOM TO SHIP.
REVIEW AND CLOSE THE EXECUTED CALIBRATION WORK ORDERS.
PERFORM ACTUAL EQUIPMENT CALIBRATIONS AS NEEDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TEMPERATURE CALIBRATIONS AND WEIGHT UNIT CALIBRATIONS.
REVIEW AND SIGN OFF ON CAL-ALERT/OUT-OF-TOLERANCE REPORTS FOR FAILED EQUIPMENT CALIBRATIONS.
PROVIDE EXTERNAL DEPARTMENTS WITH ACTIVE EQUIPMENT ASSETS IN THEIR WORK AREAS THAT ARE CALBIRATED UNITS AND SETUP IN MAXIMO.
SERVE AS THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR CALIBRATION RECORD REQUESTS DURING INTERNAL/EXTERNAL QUALITY AUDITS.
SERVE AS THE SITE MAXIMO ADMINISTRATOR AND PROVIDE INITIAL TRAINING AND ACCOUNT SETUP FOR NEW USERS.
ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE MAXIMO ACCOUNTS NO LONGER IN USE OR WITH EXTENDED NO-LOGIN PERIODS VIA ESAM REQUESTS.
PROCESS EXTERNAL DEPARTMENT REQUESTS FOR PM REVISIONS AND UPDATES.
PROVIDE COPIES OF PMs/WORK ORDERS AS REQUESTED BY EXTERNAL DEPARTMENTS WITH LIMITED OR NO MAXIMO ACCESS.
MAINTAIN ASSET HEIRARCHY IN MAXIMO FOR EQUIPMENT AND LOCATIONS (I.E.: PARENT ASSETS, MODEL # INFORMATION, SUPPLIER/OEM/VENDOR INFORMATION, SPARE PARTS LISTS, ETC).
What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, science or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence, with a desired 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or related experience is preferred.
